 How to change Teams App interface for particular User?

  1. Go to https://admin.teams.microsoft.com 

    1. Click on Teams apps > setup policies > +Add apps (to create new policy) . Type policy name (third policy)

Now in the Pinned apps area > select the Item and move it required place (like below image) and click on save button. 


  1. Now click on Users option from left column > Manage users >  (Sunita Pokhrel) from the list (who wants to change their Teams appearance)

Click on the policies tab > now click on Edit option

In Edit policy assignment, choose “select app setup policy” > choose your policy like (third policy) > click on “Apply” button > Confirm button.




  1. To check, open new private browser 



I. Go to portal.office.com 

Ii. Sign in the user


Iii. Open Teams app; now you can compare (before and after) the left side app services like below:
