Follow these steps:

Creating a .PST Archive File:

  1. Open Outlook:

  2. Launch Microsoft Outlook on your computer.

  3. Go to File Menu:

  4. Click on the "File" tab in the Outlook ribbon menu.

  5. Select Account Settings:

  6. In the File menu, click on "Account Settings" and then choose "Account Settings" again from the dropdown menu.



  1. Data Files Tab:

  2. In the Account Settings window, go to the "Data Files" tab.

  3. Add New .PST File:

    1. Click on the "Add..." button to create a new Outlook Data File (.PST).

    2. Choose "Outlook Data File (.pst)" and click "OK."



  1. Set Name and Location:

    1. Enter a name for the new .PST file in the "File name" field.

    2. Specify the location where you want to save the .PST file on your computer.

    3. Click "OK" to create the .PST file.

  2. Set “Outlook Data File password” (Optional):
